This all inclusive package is for the ultimate wedding experience. In this package you will get:

- A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due upon the signing of the contract. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the Client’s event date. If this contract is signed within 30 days of the event, the entire amount is due and non-refundable upon signing this contract.
- The Provider CANNOT SECURE THE DATE ON THEIR CALENDAR UNTIL THE RETAINER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED. Provider may require a $50.00 fee for any and all returned checks.
- If the Client wishes to add additional hours of service to the event, it is at the rate of $100 per hour and must be paid prior to the additional hours being provided. Client may pay Provider both the retainer and remaining balance by check, or through another method as agreed upon by both parties.
- Any request for a date or time change must be made in writing at least 30 days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to the Fore-Ever Fairways availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If the Provider cannot accommodate the alternative date, the retainer will be forfeited and the event canceled. Any cancellation that occurs less than 30 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.
- Client acknowledges that he or she is responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider’s Equipment caused by a) Any misuse or vandalism of the Provider’s Equipment by Client or it’s guests, or b) Any theft of Provider’s Equipment or Provider’s accessories. Client has the right to collect those costs from guests directly.
- Client agrees on behalf of all guests, vendors, and venue employees attending the said event to release Silver River Rentals LLC from all liability due to injury or damage caused by improper use of the mobile mini golf and otherwise agrees that any injury suffered, unless by malicious intent, or strong negligence, is the responsibility of the injured party’s personal insurance.
- A representative of Siver River Rentals LLC will arrive at least 1 hour before the service period begins for setup. If the Client would like an earlier arrival time; it must be agreed upon by both parties, and a cost adjustment could occur.
